Privacy notice
Effective August 31, 2026. This notice describes the information collected through vyselabs.co, the additional information used for customer accounts and checkout, and how it is handled.
Information we collect
If you joined our launch list, we collected the email address you submitted, the version of the consent notice shown to you, and the date and time of the request.
If you subscribe through a promotional form, we record the email address, consent version, campaign source, consent time, subscription status, and any promotion entry created by that submission. Promotion entries are retained separately from marketing subscription status so an unsubscribe does not invalidate an existing eligible entry.
If you submit a bulk quote request, we collect the selected product and format, requested quantity, research organization or company, contact email, optional notes, request status, and timestamps so we can measure demand and evaluate the inquiry.
When you create an account or place an order, we may collect account credentials, name, contact information, shipping and billing details, order history, communications, research-use attestations, and the policy versions accepted with an order.
Our former research-account application collected organization details, institutional account email, role or affiliation, and intended laboratory research. Previously submitted applications and private review history are retained for support, security, and recordkeeping, not advertising measurement. New applications are no longer required for Bitcoin or USDC checkout. Please do not submit patient information or medical records.
Payment details are handled by the selected payment processor. Vyse Labs does not store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.
We also use short-lived, one-way request identifiers to limit automated abuse of account and checkout features. The rate-limit databases do not store your raw IP address or raw email address.
Our hosting and performance providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver, secure, and measure the website, such as request, device, page, and performance data.
We keep a private first-party funnel ledger in Supabase using random identifiers to count age-gate completion, product views, cart additions, subscriber-popup displays, dismissals and successful submissions, checkout starts, and completed purchases. This ledger does not store names, email addresses, customer account identifiers, raw IP addresses, user agents, referrers, search terms, or complete URLs.
If you affirmatively allow optional advertising analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Snapchat Conversions API may receive browser, device, network, and campaign-attribution data. Meta and Snapchat are limited to generic homepage or catalogue activity. TikTok may also receive the public product-page URL and generic product-view, cart, checkout, and paid-order milestones. These integrations are not activated before that choice and are never used to scan account or hosted-payment pages.
How we use information
We use your email address to provide the new-product release and availability updates you requested.
We use bulk quote request details to measure demand, evaluate the requested product and format, and contact the submitted email address about that inquiry when appropriate.
We use customer and order information to verify eligibility, process and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal and financial obligations, and maintain business records.
We use technical and operational information to keep the website reliable, detect abuse, understand public-page traffic, and improve performance.
We do not sell personal information or rent subscriber lists to third parties.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel, and customer, subscriber, and order records are stored in Supabase. Public pages use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These providers process information on our behalf to provide hosting, database, security, analytics, and performance services.
Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat provide optional advertising measurement for visitors who allow it. Meta and TikTok receive explicit browser events; Snapchat receives limited server-side conversion events so its browser library cannot scan the catalogue page. After a trusted payment confirmation, TikTok may receive a generic Purchase event with value, currency, item count, one-way hashed random session identifier, and consent-controlled TikTok click or browser identifiers. We do not intentionally send product names, SKUs, catalogue searches, account details, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping details, or payment credentials through these integrations.
Google Maps Platform is used for address suggestions on account and checkout forms. Information typed into that search control is sent to Google to return suggestions.
Card payments through Stripe are currently unavailable. Stripe may retain information about earlier payments under its own privacy terms; Vyse Labs retains payment status and limited transaction references rather than complete card numbers or security codes.
BTCPay Server provides the self-hosted Bitcoin invoice and settlement surface when that option is enabled. Vyse Labs stores the invoice reference and settlement status, not wallet private keys or seed phrases.
USDC on Base is a direct blockchain payment option, separate from Stripe. We store invoice amounts, recipient addresses, transaction references, and settlement status to match payments to orders. Blockchain transfers are public. Network providers process the queries used to verify transfers. We do not collect wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
Other approved payment, fraud-prevention, shipping, email, and operational providers may process the information needed to deliver their services. Applicable third-party terms and disclosures are presented on or before the hosted payment page.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses a cookie to remember the age and research-use gate confirmation. Account sessions, security controls, preferences, and cart contents also use cookies or browser storage.
A first-party analytics cookie stores a random identifier for up to 30 days so anonymous storefront events can be counted as a funnel. It is not shared with Meta or Snapchat. If you allow optional TikTok measurement, a one-way hash of that random identifier may be used as a pseudonymous external identifier for purchase attribution.
If you arrive from a TikTok advertisement and allow optional advertising analytics, we may store TikTok click and browser identifiers for up to 30 days so a later paid order can be attributed without sending your contact or payment details.
Your optional advertising analytics choice is stored for 180 days. Declining prevents the optional Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat integrations from activating; changing a prior approval to decline stops future optional tracking. You can change this choice later through “Cookie choices” in the site footer.
Browser controls can remove or block these technologies, but doing so may prevent account, security, preference, or checkout features from working correctly.
When information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers only as needed for hosting, database operations, analytics, security, customer support, payment processing, fraud prevention, shipping, and legal compliance.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and your choices
Every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe option. After you unsubscribe, we keep a limited suppression record so we do not accidentally send more marketing email to that address. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@vyselabs.co. We may retain limited records when required for security, legal, or compliance purposes.
Order, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, support, and quote-inquiry records may need to be retained for the periods required by law, financial partners, dispute handling, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Security and age restriction
Vyse Labs uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
The site and its commerce features are intended for adults age 21 or older and are not directed to children.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website and catalogue develop. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
