A format is one purchasable configuration of a product, such as a particular amount. Selecting a format updates the price and the SKU for that selection.
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse without an account. Sign in or create an account and verify your email before checkout. Bitcoin and USDC checkout do not require a separate research-organization application. You must be at least 21, purchase solely for legitimate laboratory research, and accept the research-use and store policies before ordering. Your orders and tracking stay connected to your account.
Where can I see current availability?
Availability is shown on every product card and again on the product page. Products that are temporarily unavailable are clearly marked on the product page.
How is automatic bundle pricing calculated?
The cart evaluates same-format quantities and eligible mixes of distinct formats. Current tiers are: 2 units receive 5% off; 3 units receive 8% off; 5+ units receive 10% off. If more than one offer applies, the best eligible merchandise price is used without stacking, and the discounted total is rounded up to a .99 ending.
When can an order be cancelled?
Email support immediately. A cancellation may be requested before fulfillment begins. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $7.00 within the United States and becomes free when the discounted merchandise total reaches $150. The exact charge appears before payment.
What is the difference between processing and transit time?
Processing is the time used to prepare an available, paid order: currently 1–3 business days. Transit begins after the carrier receives the package and is estimated at 3–7 business days. Neither estimate is a guaranteed delivery date.
How does shipment tracking work?
After the carrier accepts the shipment, tracking is sent to the order email and appears with the shipment details in the customer account. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
What should I do about a damaged or incorrect shipment?
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, label, shipping container, and packing materials so the issue can be reviewed for an appropriate replacement or refund.
How should I interpret a linked laboratory report?
A linked report records the identified sample and the results stated by the issuing laboratory. It is reference documentation, not a guarantee of a research result and not a batch-specific Vyse Labs Certificate of Analysis unless the page expressly says so.
Why might one format have a report while another does not?
Reports are linked only to the product format or identified sample they actually cover. A report for one amount, lot, batch, or sample is not presented as evidence for a different format or current inventory.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout for the current order and device. Card, eligible wallet, and Bitcoin options appear only when they are enabled and supported. An unavailable method cannot be selected.
How does Bitcoin payment confirmation work?
When Bitcoin is available, checkout creates a time-limited invoice. The order remains pending until the required network confirmation is received and the invoice is settled. The customer account updates after confirmation; an expired invoice must be replaced with a new checkout.
