Terms and conditions

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research. Before checkout, Vyse Labs requires a signed-in customer account with a verified email and confirmation of the age, research-use, and store policies. Bitcoin and USDC checkout do not require a separate research-organization application.

An order may be refused or cancelled when eligibility, intended use, destination, or compliance information cannot be verified by Vyse Labs.

Products are supplied only for controlled laboratory research. They are not for human consumption or administration, veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, food, drug, dietary-supplement, cosmetic, or household use.

Purchasers are responsible for following all laws, institutional requirements, safety procedures, and disposal rules that apply to their work and location.

Each listing identifies the product name, listed format, price, SKU, current availability, and supporting documents that are available for review. Unconfirmed manufacturer, batch, lot, purity, storage, or material-form information is not supplied as fact.

Third-party laboratory reports are presented as reference documents. A report is not represented as a batch-specific Vyse Labs Certificate of Analysis unless the page expressly identifies it that way.

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment, with shipping and any applicable taxes disclosed before the customer confirms the order.

Submitting an order will be an offer to purchase. Vyse Labs may reject or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing, eligibility, destination, compliance, fraud, or payment-review concerns. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. They explain the service area, processing estimates, address responsibilities, cancellation window, order-issue claims process, and refund timing.

Products may not be resold, redistributed, relabeled, or transferred for human, veterinary, diagnostic, food, drug, supplement, cosmetic, or other nonresearch use. Vyse Labs may limit quantities or decline orders that appear inconsistent with legitimate research use.

To the extent permitted by law, products are supplied for research use in the condition and with the specifications expressly shown on the product page. No health, therapeutic, diagnostic, dosing, administration, or fitness-for-a-particular-purpose claim is made.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. A purchaser remains responsible for selection, handling, storage, use, and disposal after delivery.

The version displayed when an order is placed will govern that order. Material changes will be posted before they apply to future orders.

Customers should contact support promptly so an order concern can be investigated. These terms do not restrict a customer from exercising non-waivable legal or cardholder rights.
