1. Sponsor
Arvion Holdings LLC, operating the Vyse Labs brand, 418 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207, United States (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at entry and can lawfully receive the prize at a United States shipping address. Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion period
The promotion begins September 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor’s server clock is the official clock.
4. How to enter
During the promotion period, complete the subscriber drawing form on vyselabs.co with a valid email address, affirm the displayed subscription and rules disclosure, and submit the form to receive one base entry and a personal referral link. Each new eligible subscriber who independently enters through that link provides the original entrant with one bonus entry. A maximum of four referral entries may be earned, for a maximum of five entries per person. Referred subscribers receive their own base entry and referral link. Existing subscribers, self-referrals, duplicate addresses, automated submissions, incomplete entries, and fraudulent entries do not provide referral credit. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase the chance of winning.
5. Marketing choice
The entry form requests marketing email consent. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing after a valid entry is recorded will not cancel that entry.
6. Prize
One winner will receive one GLP-3 RT 20 mg research material. Total approximate retail value: $129.99. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, and not for use in diagnostic procedures. The prize is not transferable, has no cash equivalent, and may not be substituted by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
7. Selection, odds, and notification
On or about October 2, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from the eligible entry pool, including valid referral entries. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted at the submitted email address and must respond within 48 hours, confirm eligibility and a valid U.S. shipping address, and complete any reasonably requested eligibility or release documentation. If the potential winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or does not respond in time, Sponsor may select an alternate. Sponsor’s records determine whether a referral qualifies for credit.
8. Taxes and delivery
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor will pay standard shipping to the verified eligible U.S. address. Sponsor is not responsible for an incorrect address, delivery delay, loss after confirmed delivery, or inability to deliver where restricted.
9. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entries involving tampering, abuse, fraud, or conduct that undermines fair administration. If technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another event compromises the promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if practicable, select a winner from eligible unaffected entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final, subject to applicable law.
10. Privacy and platform release
Information is handled under the Vyse Labs Privacy Notice and used to administer the promotion and the marketing subscription requested at entry. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social platform. Each entrant releases those platforms from claims arising from this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These rules are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
